Confession time: I adore Walton Goggins. His venal/impulsive/dim-and-tragic Shane Vendrell in The Shield ranks in my top 10 television characters of all time. I love that he’s partners with the Reverend from Deadwood and refers to Kenny Johnson & Michael Chiklis as his “intimate friends.” I love that he played sensi-gay opposite a blandsome protag in the Southern Gothic movie Red Dirt. movie I love that one of the top Google searches associated with his name is “Walton Goggins teeth.”
Which means I will keep on watching Lawman Justified, despite the pilot failing my admittedly Dickensian Great Expectations. Which means I might actually spend money to watch Predators, despite the trailer’s none-too-fine hints of overweening stupidity.
